March is called Yayoi according to the old calendar.
Yayoi originally means to “grow more luxuriantly”,and the name indicates that as it is getting warmer,plants and flowers grow rapidly.

あっという間に３月になってしまいました。
旧暦の３月は「弥生」。
暖かい気候になって草木や花が成長することから名付けられたとか。
私も成長しなければっ！
と、心焦る３月です。
